Now am watching those who are participating in Mentor.

It is good to have such a reality program show to tap those talented performer.The selection of candidates could be high yet still it's being mingled around with emotion state.That why it is kinda not really smooth there. Kinda a drama, instead. So that why i state "performer" rather than a singer.

To be a real performer ( nowadays, you must be multi-entertaining if you wish to survive in the "developing industry" i can say), doesn't require you to beg for teary eyes, fringle attitude of showing the inner side of you to gain respect rather than honour. Respect and honor are two difference things tho. Explanations: 1. You will get an honor if you "do more that you should receive- for Honor
2. You get the authority and power to make people accept who you are- for respect.

Pardon me for my humble gits, as there are just about to be developed thru time and space- that am living in. For sure, they are just a random idea to be argued! Without arguing, then it wont be developed for a good reason, am i right? :)

Reading from some good sources; successful people, really makes me understand the craziness of them.
For instance, why some of them, are good in school yet dropped. In few years later, they are making such a big value of money?

Not to mention, some of they, have been equipped themselves with good grade for a good "working prospect" yet leave it out and walk away? chasing something which is called as the absurdness to normal people yet brilliant in some sort of ways- how it can impacts your life and decision. The formula: do be so easy to leave your case to the world, walk and walk! So for that, i leave you guys with these wording:-

Where you are sending it up to nowhere it could be,

all at once you are lighter that air,

you can dance over the breeze; over houses and trees,

with you, holding it tight with your staring on your kite

Today, no Kite but i give you a wonderful of sweetness to be offered to you,by hoping that it can tame your hatred heart. If you found your self in a cul-de-sec,get back to the basic and enjoy this colorful sweeties of love.

A cup of love or joy, people?




Where else can you find joy?


The wording of having a joy, is so absurd. None of us, human being, would be able to define it precisely; where it is accepted as a common agreement among the rest.Again, i ask, what do you wish to have for this tea break, ladies and gentlemen?A cup of love? Brown or pink?



Well, as for me, regardless you are male or female, jack or rose, Romeo or Julie, A or Z, or a character of mice or men? the meaning or joy can be seen by looking at you. By asking a person with this question” how do you feel today”? they you can see his or her rejoinder. Word can be manipulated by body language yet body language hardly be defined by word. Like, any words? Nah, it could be yes to others but how about the rest?. As for that, telecommunication is improving a lot, from the features of sending and receiving message or sms- just spill out the word of your mind and send it, graphic- any type of icon can epitomize the entire of your intention if you are care less to pay with your fingers with the keypads/ touch screen, and to the ability of sending media files- music can be represented in a way you wanted it be to wide-ranging of your entire message in wording context.Barvo to all these features, yet why we still hard to delineate what is the exact meaning of joy? Agree to an idea of saying the word joy won’t last yet an existing of it creates a divine imagery to someone’s heart. It could be me or you. As for me, I’m looking joy as it is represented by the face while someone is looking, hearing or touching a magical gift- could be a word - I love you, could be a picture- rise and shine in heart, or could be a gift- a honest gift which has above that all prices.


So, to people, out there, remember, if you are depress, or looking something which is a bit ecstasy then it may not come from other parts of world, indeed. It is within you. You yourself can program what you wanted it to be. As in marketing, how are we going to influence your buyers? In stead of consulting and negotiating with them, we CAN program them to what we wanted them to be. Many people know this state of affair yet less who really understand what it the meaning of “programming” them.

Let's cross the barrier of others

Culture is an abstract folks’ repertoire which is fully embedded with specific values of Language, art and sciences, thought, social activities and interaction patters within a particular norm. The beauty of a culture is engraved by those values. The semantic field for culture can be generally described as:-

Language : the oldest human institution and the most sophisticated medium of expression.

Arts & Sciences : the most advanced and refined forms of human expression.

Thought : the ways in which people perceive, interpret, and understand the world around them.

Spirituality : the value system transmitted through generations for the inner well-being of human beings, expressed through language and actions.

Social activities : the shared pursuits within a cultural community, demonstrated in a variety of festivities and life-celebrating events.

Interaction : the social aspects of human contact, including the give-and-take of socialization, negotiation, protocol, and conventions.

Here, i'm talking and sharing Iban’s culture is selected to be analyze and discussed about the important of it to the selected region’s culture which is Sarawak, Malaysia. Yes, I'm proud to admit that am a pure Iban.Here is a general description for us to share with and enjoy the reading , guys.

The building of Wisma Tun Jugah is built with a mordent style as other commercial buildings. As it is located in the heart of city, it is purposely designed with full of sophisticated elementsevent though it treasures most of Iban’s heritage and cultures form all over the part of Sarawak. It is purposely designed in that particular way as it is located in the heart of city with the aim of upholding the image of cooperate as well as commercialization along the way of promoting Iban’s heritage. Sense of balancing between morden touch with rich of sentimental values. The architecture of Wisma Tun Jugah is very attractive and have a touch of extravagance in its details. This can be interpreted as, the name “Tun Jugah” it self has a strong symbolism of warrior and resilient elements of Iban’s accentor can be seen and interpreted into a concrete and block which is finally forming a shopiciated building to serve the purpose of managing Iban’s Heritage as well as becoming a hub of other business natures and operations.

The picture above is about a textile which is called as Pua Kumbu is so called as “written documents” for Iban to share and engrave their every single history, culture as well as their daily living activities are engraved within it. Pua Kumbu is showing all Iban’s unique story and culture which are represented in the medium of textile apart of being told orally via music or poems. Pua kumbu is one of the most well-known Iban’s textile products which has brilliant signature to be understood and has a lots of commercial values.

Preserving the history of Iban is one of the most crucial parts to be thought off. A good way of preserving the cultural identity may take lot of time and efforts through times and spaces; this is due to the residential of Iban community is scattered all over the place. Due to lack of literacy among Iban, then all the history of their accentor until to their generation level are documented down properly as well as being retold orally either in a poem or song. The history of Iban can be comprised of the journey of exploring a new place to start a living; this may implicate some struggling and conquering histories between Iban with other tribes, daily activities, ritual procedures and custom as well as tenet. For instance, whatever they may have found will be documented down in their handmade products such as in Pua Kumbu, Jaw or mat and many more. By referring to picture, it is clearly understood that Pua Kumbu is weaving with diverse patterns and each of the pattern has its own identity and meaning. Besides that, Pua Kumbu is very special art among Iban due to its unique characteristics as in the ritual procedure. It is used frequently while doing ritual activities among Iban community compared to other handmade crafts. For instance, some mantras of specific ritual can be read in Pua Kumbu by the elders of Iban member. In Pua kumbuu itself, each line consists of underline meaning such as the root of iban (the element of what making their accentors become a vigor ethnic as a par with the other ethnics), a hope for better life in future(each line in Pua kumbu recite some mantra to be chanted during special ritual celebration), written culture element (as some of their significant dreams and believe are documented down in it for the purpose of being remembered by future generation) and as a emblem of official ethnic identity of Iban ( as in past, most of Iban textile are purely based on Pua Kumbu patterns) which is to be wore during special events.

In picture 3, it is clearly can be understood that the strong message of Iban’s prominent culture lies the portrait of Iban Warrior which shows the sense of powerfulness, explorer, endurance and bravery while continuing daily routines. Such adjectives are embedded in the picture to be seen as a whole of Iban Community, especially in one upon a time. A worrior to come and conquer a new place for a new living, spreading the old folks tales as well as the symbols of self identity for all Iban tenets.

Picture 3 shows us the meaning of “the feel of being an Ibanness”. Basically, the decoration pattern in term of placing the authentic jaws can be used as a catalyzer of sparking the value of Iban’s identity which all of these decorative items can be seen I every single corner of Iban’s residential. Another way of understanding of Iban history and culture as all of them are written down in these decorative items as in every single line of Jaw’s body as well as other decorative items.

Iban’s culture is one of other unique cultures in all over the globe. Due to the differences of geographical factor, needs and ways of thinking shape their culture and heritage in a different way compared to the others. This diversity of Iban’s cultures are overtly represented as in their authentic arts of crafts such as Pua Kumbu, Jaw, mat and many more, which have deep underlining meaning to be discovered passionately by those who wish to study more about Iban’ culture and heritage to serve commercial or academic purpose. So, the reasons behind of the important of those artifact or auuhentic arts to the Iban’s culture is because of these to preserve the originality of Iban’s history, the sense of belonging, value added to each art item which are handmade and sense of rituality among iban community. Tun Jugah Foundation is a main hub or organization which plays important responsibility to ensure that all those artifacts or authentic arts can be taken care courteously and appreciate every single value they may have so this effort may save those items to be survived across time and space. Tumb Up to Tun Jugah Organization, your efforts make us more understand about ourselves. Yes, it is like a heritage like no others and a par with the others beautiful cultures too. Let's we cheris all the cultures in this world and this make the world become more unique to be explored by us, a modern traveler- hunger for knowledge and diversity.

It is the time to be productive- welcome to the year of Water Dragon, 2012

Happy New Year to all





Holla to all, and this entry seems to be my first entry of the year.

Lets me share what are the things keep me not really have enough time to do my writing.
1. January is the great month to do some planning- works, career and social activities.
2. Busy to write as I get back at home after working hours is around 8pm something then to some house chores
3. In fact some of my time will be occupied with some reading on Motivation, productivity life sytle as well as some other academic reading.
4. Busy with new hobby- gardening indoor, actually.
5. Mediation- Am in department of searching a health life style- and currently doing it with a very hard. Sigh, it is for a long term run.

Let’s we count, how many days have left us since the new year, 2012? Now is 24th, January 2012, and in the second day of Chinese New Year.


So many things happened in 2011 where ups and downs are collided. It is a life. No right no wrong, both are treated equally if we want to life to the fullest. Be gay, be jovial be ecstasy! No depression and heartbroken.



Okies, what should I say here? Today is a good day for me I guess. Josh, remember, give yourself a plause and always be grateful that you have another one brand new day for you to create your heirloom. Yes! It is a purgatory yet still patronage, tho. Okies, Today what is hot in the local issue? Let’s me think. Okies, got it, it is about an issue of giving Rm 200 Per student. It is manly for those who are in Form 6 or Pre University student. The issue is; some of students don’t keen to get their academic book by using the voucher as they can simply download it from their specific files, Pdf, for instance. Hence, some of them sell the voucher in the net as in mudah.com. In my old days, students will do part time by selling prepaid not this. This is another revolution of making money among students, people. Kudos to the kindness of our key policy makers as giving a voucher can be another way for those who are not have resources to get them self any book. A good idea to cultivate reading habits among youngster, especially those who are in the pre-university levels! The irony side is, another way for them –those who may not need it because of ample of accessibility to get academic books via Pdf or online? by selling it. Look at the bright side tho.

How I wish those who are unemployed can do have such voucher, minimum RM100 for them to get their own book-job hunting, soft skill enhancement or skill updating, etc?
Then, at the end of the day, we might be able to produce or at least, having well industrious employees, probably not in employment line yet they can be substitute for NGO or any government bodies by giving their support when there is a need. So This is another way to give them a chance to be self-governing and self-regulated, whether they can proceed their dream become an entrepreneur? Just a random gist, indeed.

Well, those who are being a guardian to these eligible students, please check and be wise with their academic spending especially in this context as the opportunity is coming for once. Appreciate it, use it wisely, event try to have variety of reading menu so believe me, with such small amount, yet big to others, might be a primary step for you to explore your mind and brain for other productivity outcomes, for the nation, perhaps? Yes, by god’s will it will become tru, isn’t it? –Nodding-

Having a good Dine and Wine will bring you Joy! Really? Here is the verdict of the "true of the statment"


It was pretty good as a paradise to have a pampered day and mind. Reading a book and licking all over the spoon!What a devine feeling, Ever!




Till Then, the consequence is keep on flowing to be a bit schlocky, just for a while.




Then as the lust and desire went wild for a while, just for a while..the effect of splashing the hot oil changes the "feeling" and "the mood" of this particular part of important muscle!




Then, i searched for a food which is more wild than the desire and lust...aummm


Finnaly, i commit and i admit that healthy is my priority..so i highlighted it for i myself!

While am in the midst of thinking, then out of blue i switched on my Lappy and i uploaded these gorgeous pictures of mine. I welcome them to come back to me to be my joy and my smile.





Back to a memory lane where this time, everyone is belong to each one of the Us! No false compared tho. Dear Mother Mary, grand my wish and pray to bring all of us tight together.

This was a gift from AXP to me, a wireless mouse and i was a solely owner for it just about 2months.R.I.P to you little device. Our relationship was not that blessed yet i thanked you for the creation of you to me which made my working days never been dull and dim because your colour means so much for me. Red? Yes, i can go for RED.It is really turning me ON. Organismic mechanism can be found in red tho.


Till then, i hope that you guys will take a minute to think back and appreciate what do you really have and care for. It is a need for you to think about "give and take" while we are in this lifelike orientation of life!
